Industrial HMI for EC Fan Automation
2025HMI / Product Design
A production HMI interface for CreoCore — a vendor-neutral automation platform that connects EC fans, industrial PLC logic, and building automation systems.
Overview
A production HMI interface designed for CreoCore, a vendor-neutral automation platform that connects EC fans, industrial PLC logic, and building automation systems.
The interface is used as part of real HVAC installations in New York buildings. It gives technicians and facility teams a centralized touchscreen for controlling multiple EC fans as one coordinated system, monitoring live equipment data, reviewing alarms, and troubleshooting system performance.
I led the UX/UI and HMI design process from requirements gathering to production implementation. My responsibilities included information architecture, screen flows, interaction logic, system states, component design, visual hierarchy, and implementation in Weintek EasyBuilder Pro.
The result is a production-ready industrial interface designed for reliable day-to-day HVAC operation, commissioning, and maintenance.
